  1 star so far....ordered a complete system for my girlfriends bandit on their stand at the NEC, this was on the 18th was told we'd be in receipt of the goods by the 22nd/23rd, as yet (27th) nothing....payment has been taken but nothing received and no sign of the order on their computer system....asked for an order number, but who gives an order number for a cash sale!!! I will amend my rating if I get a satisfactory result. Ok, so it appears the sales assistant put our order down as collection not delivery and the parts are being dispatched today, so i'll add a star for swift resolution of the issue, more stars to, possibly ,be added when goods arrive and are fitted. another star added as the goods arrived promptly and complete. one last star available which will be given for ease of fitment etc. Ok final update...system finally arrived and fitted but with a few issues which i'm currently in discussions over, down-pipes slightly too long, extra brackets, etc, but the system is in principal well made and customer service seems to have improved so in all 1 extra star, i wont give 5 due to the issues but 4 represents the fact that they are listening and trying to resolve the issues. Ok having spoken with the owner Paul, he feels there was an issue and has exchanged the system..this is amazing customer service so therefore warrants the full 5 stars. I'm just gutted they don't do a system for my Fzr750r genesis.
